Position: Client Success Manager

Job Description

RockDove Solutions is hiring a Client Success Manager to work with our In Case of Crisis customers. In this role, you will serve as a client advocate for our customers, helping them fully adopt the enterprise mobile solution by providing onboarding, online training, product support and identifying additional upsell opportunities.

The ideal candidate should be high-energy, results-oriented and possess outstanding client facing skills. Experience in the SaaS and mobile app industries is a plus. Must have a strong desire to work with cross-functional teams to improve client success with In Case of Crisis.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Meet subscription renewal and client growth sales goals
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the In Case of Crisis enterprise mobile solution
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the marketplaces and types of clients we serve
  • Train and educate strategic partners on the In Case of Crisis solution
  • Build, develop and maintain strong positive relationships with clients
  • Guide new clients through the setup, implementation, online training and adoption processes
  • Provide utilization and support best practices to clients via phone, web conferencing or other methods
  • Communicate new software features, services and release highlights to clients
  • Work within our company structure and practices to create the conditions for client success
  • Resolve customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Document client interactions in sales CRM (Salesforce.com)

Job Requirements

Required Experience:

  • BS or BA from an accredited 4 year college with 2 plus years of direct client experience
  • Experience maintaining outstanding customer relationships
  • Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • History demonstrating successful adoption marketing and best practices to online or mobile end users
  • Experience working with commercial markets
  • Outstanding conflict resolution, problem solving and negotiation ability
  • Ability to troubleshoot, answer inquiries, and maintain customer accounts
  • Ability to train and educate customers on product usage and benefits both in person and online
  • Ability to uncover sales opportunities for upsells and collaborate with sales team
  • Self-motivated, self-discipline, and able to thrive in a fast-paced,client-focused environment 
  • Impeccable organization and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
