RockDove Solutions is hiring a Client Success Manager to work with our In Case of Crisis customers. In this role, you will serve as a client advocate for our customers, helping them fully adopt the enterprise mobile solution by providing onboarding, online training, product support and identifying additional upsell opportunities.
The ideal candidate should be high-energy, results-oriented and possess outstanding client facing skills. Experience in the SaaS and mobile app industries is a plus. Must have a strong desire to work with cross-functional teams to improve client success with In Case of Crisis.
