RockDove Solutions is growing and needs Client Success Managers to work with our incredible clients using or flagship mobile solution, In Case of Crisis. In this role, you will serve as a client advocate for our customers, helping them fully adopt the enterprise mobile solution. You will provide onboarding assistance, online training, product support and grow client account subscriptions.
The ideal candidate should be results-oriented, possess outstanding customer facing skills, be knowledgeable about the SaaS and mobile industries, and have a strong desire to work with cross functional teams to improve success with In Case of Crisis.
