From the app, include with the form information, documents or pictures taken with your mobile device.
When an incident report is completed on the app it will be routed to the individual or groups that have been designated. Best of all, the app user reporting the incident does not need to know who it is being routed to for processing.
Easily turn on the GPS tracking feature with your incident reports and get the location from which reports are being submitted. You can even view them on a map.
