Concurrent Users and Communications in Smart Forms
Two-way communication within Smart Forms has been updated to support larger numbers of concurrent users for greater participation while resolving issues. This allows larger teams to engage in live discussions and interact with form responses directly in Smart Forms without issues and buffers.

Empowering Quick Connection When Moments Matter Most
With over 60 work sites and 119 dams, monitoring thousands of miles of transmission system lines, and operating hundreds of substations, one prominent In Case of Crisis user understands the importance of always keeping teams connected–especially when a disruption occurs.
Within one of their playbooks, a document is hosted that houses QR codes to all of their Starlink devices. If, and when, a power outage or internet disruption strikes, this document can easily be pulled up so that employees, stakeholders, and other key players are able to quickly reconnect to a source of Wifi without having to request passwords or navigate manual entry. This creative way of utilizing In Case of Crisis ensures that teams and key personnel can be up, running and reachable within minutes of losing connection.

As we enter August and are quickly nearing the end of summer, we begin to think about kids returning to school, temperatures cooling off, and everything the fall season has in store.
