Two-Way Communication on Smart Forms
Issue team members now have the ability to enter comments on a submitted Smart Form or ask questions directly to the form submitter, who can then respond to those questions within the platform. This opens two-way communication directly within the smart form – ensuring both parties have full visibility of the conversation and situation.

Increased Accessibility: Text To Speech with OnSolve Notifications
Our OnSolve integration now includes Text-to-Speech (TTS) as a delivery method for notifications. This enhancement improves delivery results across email, text, and TTS – expanding accessibility and ensuring clear, consistent communication for all members of your organization.

Version 9.1 Released July 1st
The most recent version of In Case of Crisis, 9.1, was released on July 1st, 2025. All current customers and platform users should have received comprehensive release notes yesterday, 7/1.

Feature Highlight of the Month
Searchable Contacts Right at Your Fingertips
When an incident hits, reaching the right person immediately is critical. And during an emergency, there’s no time to waste digging through spreadsheets or inboxes in search of contact information.

In Case of Crisis provides instant access to a searchable directory of essential contacts. Accessible through an event icon in playbooks, users can pull up a curated contact list synced from ContactSync. Contacts can be organized and searched by name, department or even a partial phone number–enabling users to quickly and easily find the contacts they need. Utilizing an automated connection with ContactSync, your contacts can be updated automatically on a scheduled cadence based on information pulled from your organization’s HRIS. It’s a smarter, faster way to connect when every second counts.
