In Case of Crisis’ updated Command Center is a centralized hub that brings control and coordination into one intuitive dashboard, promoting better visibility during incident response. Now, every action is just a click away: monitor incidents in real time, assign response actions, and track progress across your organization—quickly and confidently.

Now Available: WhatsApp Notifications
Safety and security is our top priority, across all communications channels within our app! In Case of Crisis users can now opt-in to receive notifications via WhatsApp (in addition to Microsoft Teams and natively via the app and browser). This ensures important updates reach them on a platform they use daily. It’s another way we’re helping organizations meet their people where they are.
